MARKETING ASSISTANT (INTERN) (NJ)
SESI Consulting Engineers is a professional services company located in Pine Brook (Montville) NJ, offering Civil Engineering and Environmental Consulting services for over 35 years throughout the NJ, NY, CT region.
We are seeking support in our marketing/corporate communications efforts including:
Constant Contact database management,
Development of periodic email newsletters,
Improvement/upkeep of our website and social media presence,
Assistance in occasional Power Point presentations,
Assistance in responses to Requests for Qualifications,
Preparation for industry trade show.
Candidate must be articulate in:
MS Office Suite,
LinkedIn,
Facebook,
Constant Contact,
Twitter,
Power Point.
We are specifically seeking these attributes:
Ability to work independently,
Attention to detail and deadlines,
Command of spoken and written English,
This is a part-time position: about 8-15 flexible hours/week, paid at $12/hr., starting immediately.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
