Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enter and schedule daily work orders Assist in entering purchase order Manage day to day assigned tasks in a timely manner Answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, and forwarding to the corresponding department Print and scan documents Filing Monitoring daily emails Perform other tasks in accordance with business needs by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to constructively work as a team in order to complete all duties required to meet satisfaction within departments Job
Qualifications:
Bilingual Preferred English/Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong organization skills High attention to detail Professional demeanor Computer literate Proficient in Microsoft Office Quickbooks knowledge a plus Eagerness to learn, with strong work ethic with the ability to handle changing demands Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Full Time Compensation:
