Summary:
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of IT Analyst.
To make this position a full-time role, we are also asking this position to fulfill logistics responsibilities for our distribution center, as listed below.

Responsibilities:
General Help Desk Responsibilities - Level 1:
Handle incoming requests and logging/routing within ticketing system Password Resets:
AD Accounts, email accounts, ERP access, etc.
Configuration assistance:
Printers, browser settings, OS settings, update settings, etc.
Analyze and form recommendations for escalation of issues to Level 2/3 To make this position a full-time role, we are also asking this position to fulfill logistics responsibilities for our distribution center:
Accept PO's on customer portals and work with the distribution team for order exceptions and delivery deviations.
Monitor inbound EDI for customer purchase orders, receive all EDI orders from Customers, and distribute them to the Warehouse.
Input order information into our ERP system and create distribution packets for picking and shipping through the computer system.
Manage and forecast inventory levels for each SKU, ensuring sufficient inventory allocation for each style ordered on customer purchase orders.
Perform all other duties as assigned, assist with other departments when needed.
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
Bachelor Degree in relevant field Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite programs Job Type:
