This position is responsible for ensuring that installations are carried out in professional and efficient manner and in accordance with ALUR's standard installation practices.
You will visit job sites and interact with installation crews, contractors and customers on a daily basis.
Candidate must be willing and able to travel (must have or be able to get a Real ID acceptable for air travel) - once you are trained, you will spend limited time working locally.

Responsibilities and Duties The major responsibilities of this position are the following:
Supervise company installers or local certified installation subcontractors Trouble shoot installation issues and assist in solution implementation Perform critical installation work for mockups and high-profile projects Installation training for new installers Qualifications and Skills The following skills are required to successfully execute this position:
Knowledge of basic building codes and construction drawings for relevant information Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages of installation Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight time frames Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems effectively Experience with glazing or as a glazier a plus The following experience(s) or accreditation are a must:
High school diploma Clean driving and excellent attendance records Minimum 3 years industry experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email Proven leadership skills and ability to train others Benefits The position offers competitive hourly pay (plus significant overtime once you are trained), quarterly bonuses, 401K (with matching) and health benefits.
